The restaurant serves solid traditional Czech cuisine. The indoor pool area offers a relaxing space paired with a sauna, although the setup could use some warmth in the water.
Access to the rooms involves a frustrating number of stairs, which can be tough if you're lugging around heavy bags. The breakfast selection felt rather limited, with stale pastries making it less appealing. The steam rooms were often out of order, a letdown for anyone hoping to unwind. And let's not forget about the Wi-Fi. It worked but had its moments of lag was nice.

We were there for 1 night and felt would stay here again. Our room was big size, brand-new, with air-conditioning, many windows and balcony. The location to a museum and a palace set near the hotel was perfect.

Close to a bus station, the location was comfortable and marvellous, by garden. Also, the hotel was placed 3 km from touristic place like Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

Elegant hotel with spacious rooms and a beautiful location near a public park. Accessing my room required navigating several flights of stairs, which was challenging with heavy luggage.

The room was wide and comfortable. A free parking and free WiFi are equipment glad.
The remote control of the air conditioner did not exist. Neither slippers nor the bathrobe existed.

Generally a nice hotel but some of the little things that make a big difference could be improved. Service was on the whole very good. Had lots of potential.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Curtains did little to keep out light. Television in room had poor colour and range of channels poor. Garden was not as good as expected. Charged extra for upgrading to a room with queen bed.

Staff very nice and helpful. Water in swimming pool was more cold than we expected, but having a bath and little swim was actually quite refreshing.
Barman seemed to be little bit tired and silent.

Excellent value for money with secure parking. Excellent food and choice and really helpful staff. Fresh towels daily, nice. Hotel appears a little dated, but that is part of it's charm. It has a olde world hunting/renaissance feel to it. Smashing pool and really nice terrace area. Close to main routes for drivers (your sat nav will get you there) and 100m to a direct bus to Brno.
More English speaking channels on the tv. Only CNN available.
